calories for homemade soups?

thinking of making a soup tonight. chicken, chicken stock, celery, carrots, corn, and potatoes are the ingredients. but how do I calculate the calories for this "homemade soup"?

I put mine into the Recipe area and then divide by the number of bowls I put it in. If you have a smart phone the scanner is awesome for this as you can line up any cans and then scan them. The veggies I weigh and then enter them.0
