I've been dieting for the past 2 years straight and let me tell you I have learned some recipes that really are delicious and very low calorie. It's all about measuring out your food and being honest about how much you're making. I only make the serving size of everything and only buy things that have a reasonable serving size. For instance, brown rice 1 serving = 1/2 cup uncooked rice which equals 1 cup cooked rice. and that is 150 calories. add 1/2 cup light red kidney beans or black beans and thats another 110 calories then add 1/2 cup of corn that's 35 calories, top it off with 2 tbsp of LIGHT sour cream which is 35 calories and season with chili powder 0 calories and paprika >8 calories add it all together and it's a very tasty and filling meal at 338 calories! make good choices and you'll get good rewards.
