I feel like I am really working out. I am walking every available minute.I changed my whole life style, but I can't help but feel things have stalled. I have started eating more calories,as I was keeping the cals. low to lose.I have lost a good amount, but have about another 30 to go. I am not an exact measurer,so I keep my cals. low to compensate.I guess I am just a bit frustrated, for Pete's sake I haven't had pizza in 4 months!!!!!!

When you say you keep your cals low, how low is that?
If you haven't had pizza in 4 months, it's time to have a slice and some salad to wash it down.
ETA: I don't know about you, but my problem was never the pizza itself, it was eating the WHOLE pizza that was the problem.0 -
