I'm a little confused...

Am I supposed to eat back my exercise calories or are those my deficit calories?? Any help/explanation will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!! :happy:

    MFP builds a deficit into the recommended calorie intake it gives you. If you exercise, you are creating an additional deficit, so most people agree that you should eat them back.
