I fianlly bought one and had it one day and I do not think it's accurate. I cannot figure out how to make it accurate. Bottom line is if I can't figure it out, I have a free one that is accurate. Does anyone else have trouble? it's so complicated.

  • Why do you think it is not accurate? PM I have one and use it everyday.

I have had problems with it being accurate, and just even reading it. It happened to be the charger/docking station that was bad. You can email the customer service, but it took them a couple days to get back to me. Once they did they got a replacement out to me the next day! If you are linking it to MFP we had to make the weight loss goal on the fitbit site 1/2 pound less than what is set on MFP..and now they match up pretty good. Good luck!
