Oatmeal

When putting oatmeal in my shaker bottle, does it matter if it's cooked or not? and also should I blend it?

    Oats don't need to be cooked. I actually prefer them not cooked.

    Don't blend them. Ever. Oats are processed more than enough already, don't make it worse.
