Hey everyone, I'm new here, but I'm an 18 year old female who has decided to get the healthiest she can. Over the years I've read up on so many foods that are good for you, bad for you, what you should and shouldn't eat, super foods, negative calorie foods ect, that finding a good diet has been hard, so I thought I'd tell you all what I've been eating and please let me know if you think it's good enough! I currently weigh 59kg/ 129lbs, and I'm hoping to lose 2kg of fat as my goal.

A typical day for me is:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1tbsp of sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds and a dash of skimmed milk. (300 cals)
Brunch: 1/2 a green smoothie. (avocado, spinach, cucumber, celery, flaxseed oil, apple, pineapple juice. (250 cals)
Lunch: The other half of the green smoothie. (250 cals)
Dinner: brown rice + quorn meatball and chickpea stew/ homemade chicken soup/ fish/ grilled chicken and salad. (400 cals)
Supper: 3 egg whites, salad. (100)
Total: 1300 calories a day (aprox)

I used to have honey with my porridge but have since managed to stop, and I drink 1-2 litters of water a day. Do you think this is an adequate diet to lose weight and become fit?
