Hey guys, I'm a 18 year old female, and I weigh 130lbs/ 59kg. My goal is to lose 2kg of fat. My problem is that I bulk easily, and I'm looking for strength and cardio advice on how to shed the fat and tone without the bulk. I've looked into several plans like, pilates, cycling, spinning, running, dancing ect, but everyone has different ideas on them.

At the moment I do 50 push ups and 50 squats a day as I cant afford the gym, and I'm trying to get into running. I do have a bike however that I could use.

Any ideas?

    Man....I wish I bulked easily.
A good strength training routine can be done at home with just some dumbbells and a couple other items. (not small 5 pounders...) As far as cardio goes, choose something you might enjoy. If you have a bike then just go for frequent rides. It really doesn't matter what type of cardio you choose as long as your getting some form in. Maybe try sprints or HIIT type cardio if you want shorter workouts?
Strenght training is your best bet for losing fat and toning. Keep it heavy and don't overdo the cardio.
  • Honestly the easiest place to make the change is just to cut 100-200 calories out of your diet for 3-4 weeks, if you haven't gone down then drop another 100-200 and repeat until desired weight is reached. Sounds like you're already working out quite a bit.
