...You are making oatmeal using milk instead of water...when you add that to your journal do you need to add the milk separately, or is it included in the calorie count of the oatmeal?

I'm pretty sure the counts are for oatmeal/water cause it would change depending on what type of milk you used...0

Thanks...I wasn't sure...The box doesn't give you two different nutritionals so it must plan on you using water..0

Yes add the milk. The nutritional facts usually just go by the oatmeal itself.0

If the box included milk it would say something like "made with 1/2 cup 2% skim milk"...
...or something like that.0 -
No box oatmeal :sick: Try Old-Fashioned oats and adding what you want! :bigsmile: Less calories, no dyes sugar additives etc, and oh so easy! Just imo. :blushing:0
