Clean meals on the go

I generally eat breakfast in my car, lunch in a hurry at home, and dinner at work. I am trying to start up with a cleaner diet than I have been on. Does anyone have fast meal ideas that might travel easily ? I've found some delicious recipes but I have no time to cook them!
