Getting rid of the flab

Can anyone recommend some exercises or ideas on how to tone arm flab? Losing weight is great, loose skin not so much! :smile:

  • Start lifting. It will build muscle and tone you up. Doing just straight cardio will only burn calories. Lifting in conjunction with cardio will help you lose weight while keeping you healthy. I'm assuming its the flab on your upper arm, for that do bicep and tricep exercises, such as curls and tricep extensions. I've been seeing a lot about "the new rules for lifting for women"so you might want to check that out.
