Anyone have this?? Looking for input....good workout? For what fitness level?? It looks VERY interesting.......

    I've been doing this for a few weeks. It's tough, but I'm quite out of shape and I can do it. Though I do modify some stuff because I have a bad ankle and jumping and me do not get along too well. There's quite a bit of jumping. I'm also finding the planks and pushups to be KILLER on me. It gets progressively harder as you go through it, but you build up. I recommend it, since it's only 30-35 minutes each workout, I think it's good for beginners who want to push themselves but not too hard too fast.

    Have you done her 30 Day Shred? Just curious how it compares (difficulty) to that or her burn fat boost metabolism. I am probably gonna go for it....just wish it was a tad cheaper. LOL

    I haven't yet, no. But I do have 30DS, and I went through it and took a look at everything and 30DS looks very similar to what I've been doing in the early weeks of BR. But BR gets tougher the further you get into it. So basically, 30DS looks like the early stages of BR to me. Maybe try that out and see if you can do that, then if you like her style and want to step it up, shell out for BR?

    Oh, I have done the shred..just restarted it actually...I tried it a year ago, but got off track with it with some other programs I was doing...too many things going at once!! This time I am on a mission to ace it. Then I may go for the revolution...it looks very tempting!!! I love JM, so I am sure I will love it... Thanks!!
