weight loss goal - 25 pounds (from 145 to 120)

I have been using this website for a month or two now. I want to improve the rate of my progress and I feel I can do so if I add friends and can compete with them.. I want to add friends with similar weight goals and weight range to compete with equals..

If you're not into the very low calorie diet, eating less than your BMR and such, you can count me in. I'm 5'3", 132 lbs, looking to lose 15-20 lbs (but not really important, as I am lifting and would rather gain muscle). Challenge = motivation!

Im doing the same... I am working on losing the "flab" and building muscle at the same time. I guess you could say toning :) but the "flab" gotta go!
