What should I do at the gym tomorrow?

For cardio, I like to do 20 - 30 minutes at an incline of 15 at about 2.5mph
I always just feel a little lost after that... definitely intimidated by the free weight area.
I'd like to work on the back of my arms, thighs, and butt.
Excluding classes, yoga, pilates, etc, does anyone have any suggestions on how to work these areas using weights, machines, or free movements at the gym?

I experienced the same thing when I first joined...I got with a trainer who showed me how to use the machines..You don't need to hire one to receive instructions on how to use the equipment..it comes witht he membership
For arms..there are soo many machines...depends on your goals.0 -
bodyrock workout or zwow. It'll do the trick for ya and you will get addicted. Bodyweight exercises are very effective.0

i suggest doing squats on a machine for legs, lat pulldowns and rows for your back, then curls, tricep pulldowns and shoulder press for your arms... =]0
