I'm new to this, but I don't understand why I am told to eat more calories because I have exercised. Doesn't this defeat the purpose? I have been really good about staying at or under my 1200 calorie intake for the day, but then it says that I will only lose 7 pounds in 5 weeks...not that big of a deal. I would like to lose a little more than that.... How do I lose more, say, 10 pounds in 5 weeks?
