  • When I exercise 5 days a week, which is rare these days, I eat 2050-2200+ exercise( to lose) which varies. My burns range from 327-700 per session, no more than an hour.

I go to the gym about 4 times a week and do a lot of walking during the other three days. On average I burn anywhere from 300-600 calories a day. On more extreme days I can burn up to 700 but it depends usually on how much I plan on eating that day.
  • I eat 2050-2200 every day without exercise to lose, that is a deficit of 300-450 a day for me. When I exercise and burn say, 700 calories, I eat 2900 and can lose up to a pound a week. I eat every exercise calorie and then some. On sunday I ate 4000+ junk calories, subtract my exercise and it was a net of 3434

ETA my cal burns vary from 327-700 depending on the day, and I eat them all and the some

    Hi

I usually exercise five times each week, for an hour at a time. I do Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Combat and gym workouts. I around 2000-2100 calories every day to lose (and feeling great!).

I definitely think you need to eat a lot more - just remember to eat healthy and clean to make up your calories. Try playing around with the Fat2Fit website BMR/TDEE calculator.

If that is the only reason, no. But if you think I can help you somehow tell me how in a message. Trust me I don't lie to myself :)

You are eating way too little. By burning off 1000 and eating 1300, that is like only eating 300 which is lower than most people with eating disorders have, would you do that??

The reason CrystalChaos can eat what she does is because that is a NORMAL and SENSIBLE amount to eat to lose weight, not starving yourself!
You should look on this post 'in place of a road map' which explains how much you should eat and why, you should NET at least BMR to give your body enough fule for essential functions so with that amount of exercise i guess you should be eating at least 1000 more.

The allowance given by MFP is NET therefore you must eat back exercise to achieve this, see your goal page!!!!!!

    Net Calories Consumed*
Your Daily Goal 1,850 calories/ day
    Daily Calorie Deficit 540 calories
Projected Weight Loss 1.1 lbs/ week

    * Net Calories Consumed = Total Calories Consumed - Exercise Calories Burned

That link takes me to my goals, not yours, dont think other people can see your goals.

You are netting 2-300 some days which is ridiculous.
From the amount you have to lose on your ticker, you should be aiming for a loss of 1lbs (500 deficit) per week. When you get down to around 15lbs from goal you should change to 0.5 (250 deficit).
Alter your goals to this and make sure you eat back exercise.
