Time for change..

This will be about the 132584 time I have decided to eat healthy and lose some weight...I'm sure I'm not alone in constantly telling themselves "Monday will be the day, today will be my last bad eating day"..
I just want to get some guidance from other members as to how you keep motivated. I want to lose about 30kilos, so I know I have a very long way to go..I just can't seem to stick to anything!
I'm going to take up jogging after work, and incorporate the 30 Day Shred DVD into that as well...The healthy eating part, shouldn't be too bad...my BF is a gym junkie, protein shakes galore! So I'm not at risk in our home of eating unhealthy food..it's more when I'm at work, or out shopping that I might be tempted by something unhealthy!!
Any tips would be great..I want this to be the last time I 'start' the weight loss journey...this time I want to reach the end of the journey, and reach my goal!
I would be happy to add anyone who would be able to motivate me, and keep me on track!
