hello I am new and I have started counting calories!

I am new
Not sure how to use this app yet but I am willing to give it a try. Friends told me that it is a great way to keep track of my daily calories intake and to see what I AM doing wrong.
I am not sure way, but as far as I was concerned I wasn t eating much during the day and sometimes even missed breakfast or dinners , but I have put on lots of weight over the past few years anyhow!.....last week by using my fitness pal for the first time I realised that the little I was eating was far too high in calories (and less notruition for my body and health) ....lets hope that I can be sucessful as my freinds and loose some wieght too by eating better food and keep track on my calories intake...through all day:)

Hi, I have just joined as well and like you was not eating the right things at the right time. Lets hope we can both lose what we want and become healthier.
