Hi everyone. I'm a bit new to this. I grew up as a skinny girl, always fit and trim. When I hit 30 a few years ago, I could feel my metabolism slow down. At first, I was able to keep the pounds off pretty well. Now, not so much. I currently weigh 147 pounds. That probably doesn't sound like a lot to most of you, but it's a lot to me. My goal weight is 125-130. I'm hoping through eating right and excercising and keeping track of all this will help me to become healthier and drop the weight.
