Need help knowing how many calories I am burning.

I usually do a half hour workout of crunches,lunges etc does anyone know how you would log this or how I would know how many calories I am burning? Thanks x

    Well there are a couple of options....first, you could invest in an HRM...Heart Rate Monitor. These will record your heart rates and most will tell you the calories burned. See the many posts on these. Or, if you just need a very very general idea, ther are some built in exercise with calories burned under the exercise tab in MFP. Not exactly the most accurate but it's a start.....
