So much info, not sure where to start.....

Well, I have started. I started back walking and trying to eat healty. I've even change how I go grocery shopping, so much that now my kids ask if I put everybody on a diet...lol. Serioulsy, I am currently 50lbs overweight, and I am not comfortable at all. I've been doing a lot of reading and there are so much information sometis I get confused. But I'd figured I will find out what works best for me. I have learned to control my calorie intake, not eat atleast 2 hrs before bedtime, drink water, rest and a few other things. My scale barely budges but I don't feel as suffocated in my clothes as I use to. Oh yeah, and sometimes I don't log in my progress (foods and exercise) but I do write everything down and keep track of it.
Just reading everyone else's post are encouraging.
