Bang Bang Shrimp!

Options
I just made a version of Bonefish Grill's bang bang shrimp appetizer...so tasty! Definitely not as batter-y or oily as Bonefish's, but we want light here! I ate it with some basmati rice and steamed veggies.

15-20 shrimp
a sprinkle of flour
salt and pepper to taste

sauce:
1 tablespoon light mayo (I used Hellman's light)
1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce

Toss the shrimp in flour and salt/pepper and bake until done (350 for 5 mins or so)
Mix the mayo and chili sauce together while they're cooking.
Toss sauce and shrimp together!

*I would probably omit the flour in hindsight...not necessary to have it although I think it might help the sauce cling to the shrimp.*
