Workout too much?

Can a person workout too much in one day. Example: 30 day Shred, Jogging, and Insanity?

    Good question! I guess it would depend on how your body is feeling. I know if I jog on the treadmill for 35 minutes. I bouncing all over the place. I have the energy to do the 30 Day Shred, but if I jog in the park for 35 minutes, I'm wiped out. A shower and a little breakfast is all I want. One thing I've found for me is that the more I jog the more energy I have.

    Listen to your body. There are days I do insanity doubles followed by slim in 6. I usually always do doubles since I have so much energy from the first workout but then some days I will follow my double up with something else.
