Goals?

I was originally 155 lbs, and now I am down to 142. I've had my goal weight as 135, but really I think I am aiming for about 125. Should I keep it at 135 in order to take it one step at a time? Or should I change my goal right now to 125? I'm trying to figure out what will motivate me more.

What works for you?

    i would say keep your original goal on the same time line and set another goal when you reach your first one. Really keep it in your mind that its great when you reach that first goal so you get to congratulate yourself twice!

    I prefer to break mine into mini goals. I do 10 pounds at a time because it makes my goal seem more attainable.
