    I just eat my calories - 1200/day. I'm usually a handful under because I hate to see that red number! I don't exercise, but I am active. It is very hard, but it's so worth it. When I get tempted to eat too much or bad food, I come on here and look at the success stories and motivational posts, and read motivational quotes. A few of my favorites are:

    Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

    You won't taste it in 6 months, but you'll see the results from not eating it.
