Ok, I've been working out intensly for 2 years. I have (since day one) noticed that after about 15 mins of working out I get an uncomfortable pain in my hamstring and around my knee, but enough that I can work thru with a few adjustments.
When at rest (laying down or sitting/reclining) I have found that I end up in more pain than I was during the workout. When I get up the pain is so bad that I cant put any weight / pressure on my right leg.
I have been in and out of Doctor's offices and diagnostic centers.
We have discovered that there is some sort of blockage in my right thigh that constricts the blood flow and its not flowing the way it should. Its not as servere as a blood clot but it is a cause for concern. We also discovered that my cholesterol is pretty high.
IM ONLY 23!!!! My body should not be like this AT ALL!!!!
The key is to lose weight, but try to stay off of my leg as much as possible.
I know my diet plays a big part in this, but for the most part Im a pretty healthy eater.
I follow my meal plan that my trainer has given me.
Are there any suggestions as to what kind of exercises I should be doing???

Is cycling allowed? It pumps a lot of blood into the legs, but it doesn't get much lower impact.0
