Can someone please explain bulk cycles and cut cycles to me? I'm sorry i'm completely clueless. HOw do they work? Do you need to have bulk cycles to build muscle? etc

yeah. you eat more than maintenance while doing a weight lifting regime, which allows muscle to be built.
Then, you do a calorie deficit after and burn fat off, leaving -most- of the muscle intact.0 -
In bulking you eat more than your daily goal, to gain muscle (but gain a little fat too). In cutting you eat at a deficit from your daily goal to lose fat (but keep the musle you've gained by still working out).0
