Toxins?

So I was wondering what everyone else experienced when their body was trying to get rid of the toxins...
I changed the way I eat and started working out, but all of the sudden I feel like crap...sore throat, head hurts, fatigue....I'm wondering if this could be my body getting rid of toxins or if I'm just getting sick. I felt great until late last night. I woke up yesterday and felt better than ever before...which is why I am so confused...No one around me is sick, so I don't think its sickness.

I read up a little bit on what happens when you get moving again and toxins are released and it makes sense...just wondering if any one else experienced this too.
