I have a friend that swears by herballife. She is pushing me to try it. I don't know if I should or not. Anyone want to share their stories about it? Good or bad I would love to hear it.

Swears by it and sells it? Or just swears by it? I looked at the nutrition label of their meal replacement drink powder, and wasn't impressed. You can get better, at a lower price, just about anywhere, IMO.

I tried it in college. Didn't help me lose weight. My boyfriend's (at the time) sister was using it to GAIN weight and it worked for her. She was about 5'10 and weighed 110 lbs. when she started and the last time I saw her she had gone up to 125 and looked good, toned not skinny fat.

IMO, it's expensive and didn't work. Stick to a healthy diet and you'll lose for A LOT less money.

If you want to go the shake route, I won't try to un-convince you. I used slim fast for about 4 weeks and lost about 10 lbs so it worked for me. I came off of it 1 shake at a time, and I didn't gain anything back and I didn't stop losing. I'm not pushing the shake diet here, just staying it worked for me. Try what you want and see if it works.

She sells it. I am pretty against taking things I am unsure of. I have lost 56 pounds so far and I just wanted some thoughts from people that have heard of it. I have done awesome without it.

Yeah, I live in Utah, which is the universal hub of multi-level marketing. I've tried Herbalife, Xango, Amway vitamins (everyone loves making weight loss products, don't they?) and none of them were worth the paper they were packaged in. The best weight loss value I've had from direct sales were the workout clothes I bought from my Avon lady :)
