workout

Hi There,

Unfortunately I’m one of those people who want to get into shape but cant afford to go to the gym. i would like to build up my upper body.

any tips? i have looked around online but i cant find anything

    look on you tube for Tae Bo
    I started with 8 minutes Tea Bo, today for first time I did 25 minutes burned 414 calories,
    but it is up to you on which level Tae Bo you fit in..
  • I swear by Tracy Anderson method...she has lots of free stuff on YouTube xx
