night shift help!

Hello! I just started MFP yesterday and love it so far. I have been off work for the past 4 months (pregnancy), but I start back work on Monday. I work 12 hour nights, and am wondering if anyone has any good eating patterns for the night shifters? Do you eat "breakfast" when you get up or dinner? On your off days, do you switch back to a normal eating pattern? Just curious. My doctor also told me that if you work nights, to eat 300 less calories than a day shifter. Yikes!!! Good thing I won't be on nights for much longer, but I need help for now!
