    I had an apple- :heart: fiber one bar-:heart: and a 100 calorie pack of kettle corn -:heart:

    i had two oatmeal cookies, 1/2 cup cookie dough ice cream, and post workout (just now!) a handful of raisins mixed with almonds

    morning - Post Workout - homemade oat cookie and banana

    afternoon snack -Organic dried apricots with almonds

    after dinner - Yoghurt with kiwifruit, walnuts and maybe some jelly for a treat :wink:

    turkey breast wrapped around 1/4 of an avocado
    plain yogurt with strawberries and sliced almonds
    english muffin with peanut butter


    when i work i don't have time to sit down for an actual meal so i end up snacking a lot :blushing:

    Mid-Morning Snack: 1oz almonds

    Afternoon Snack - 2oz Sliced turkey breast wrapped around sauerkraut, with a dab of mustard

    Evening Snack - Sugar-Free Peach Jell-o with 1/4c sliced peaches

    i usally only have one snack a day and thats at bedtime. to keep my blood sugar stable.
    Tonight it will be yogurt and berries

    Wow!! I snack all day, especially if i exercise a lot or work alot in the yard. I usually have grapes, cantaloupe, peanut butter and I love cheez-its, but there's none in the house!! :grumble:

    This afternoon when it gets really hot here I am going to make a pkg. of Walmart SF , rasberry drink mix 1 c. of water and 1 c. of ice in the blenda and make a slush. I got this ideal from seeing Crystal light popsicle at the store yesterday. So why not make my own Should be good when it reach 103 here in Texas.And whats great no calories.

    Perhaps a cheese stick, and a carmel nougat high protein Slim Fast snack bar. Depends on what I find at the store.
    I would prefer fruit, but the produce at our local stores isn't all that appealing at the moment...
