Hi! Everyone! I have been on the path of eating healthy for a long time now but am new to tracking stuff! and this site I would love to make new friends. I have had excellent results without tracking anything just by eating healthy and working out! I have had three children and my youngest one is 8 months old! I love to work out primarily by doing P90X! I cannot believe that I am already down to my pre-baby weight of 124.8! If anyone wants to add me as a friend for support and motivation feel free!
