How many of you track your midnight cravings?

I do. It's fine on training days, but sucks on days I have to rest.

    If I eat or drink it, it gets tracked. I calculate on a weekly basis anyway. Weekly TDEE vs Weekly Calorie Intake.

    Thats what I go by most importantly. If I have a day where I go over by a lot (say 1k cal) I make sure that the next day is a training day and a long walk with the baby day. that takes away most of it, and by the end of the week its balanced out.
