Okay so im not eating 1200 calories, im trying but it doesnt seem to be happening,
Im eating heaps! like carot sticks protein shakes, meals everything i curently weigh 129pounds but my goal is to drop to 121lbs
And pul everything in, i would love a 6 pack , but i know noe of my goels r realistic when im not eating enough calories! Please help :)
