Hi All! I am back after having my second baby and well...not doing as well as I thought I would.
I think I know the answer to this, but think I just need to read it and see it from others to give myself a swift kick in the butt to stay on track.....so, please help me with that! :-)
I am staying within my calories and fat, but overdoing the sugar. Will I still lose weight this way?
Also, any suggestions on healthy and QUICK snacks and meals...it has been so hard to make things with a three year old and a newborn in the house.
I appreciate ANY help!!!!
