just wanted to say Hi to all out there sharing in my wieght loss struggle. I was 209 ten agos and w/ fintness pals help I have lost 5lbs pretty much just by watching my calories - no diet just monitoring my intake - i eat what i want just stay w/in my calorie goal - i incorporate 30min of walking into my daily life as much as possible and i have been taking sum natural supplements b6, b12, st johns wort and l-guanisene. I believe a combo of all this has allowed this progress to get started. only 4lbs to go and ill be under 200 finally! Good luck to all those struggling - and remember don't give up - Life doesnt have a remote so get up and change yourself:)
