Made it out my plateau!

So glad...usually that will throw me off but this time I toughed it out. Was stuck at 22 lbs down for a couple weeks. Started getting frustrated so I tried several things at once to push myself out of it. Now I am not sure what worked...if it is just nature taking its course, if it is the calorie spike I forced over the weekend, if it's the change in my workout (adding pilates/resistance/different weights), or the Jillian MIchaels cleanse & detox (which doesn't seem to be doing anything). Whatever, it worked!
I have decided that my scale is male...when I ignored it and stopped worrying what it had to say it stopped balking and turned around and cooperated with me. I am now going to refer to him as "Smale".
(KIDDING! No offense to all the hardworking guys on here!) :flowerforyou:
EDIT: Crap that title should say "Made it out OF my plateau". UGH I hate typos!!!

That's great! I am currently stuck in a DAMN plateau....it really is hard to stay motivated when the "smale" isn't cooperating. so i've decided to start taking measurements instead maybe that will keep my mind off the scale for a while so I can figure this out. Way to go though :flowerforyou:0
