I was looking through some of my facebook pics and found this, makes a great before and after head shot. Notice the jaw line, I wish I measured right at the beginning because I'll bet I lost 2 or 3 inches off my neck!


Me in September of 2007, right about when I started this whole thing. 55 lbs heavier than now.
