Got Juice?

Wishful

I've noticed more fresh fruits than juice listed for breakfasts, snacks, etc. Why is that? I really love juice...grapefruit, apple, cranberry, orange, some blends.:drinker: :drinker:
I have to admit though that I don't get in enough milk.:ohwell:

I think it's because juice has so much sugar in it. Even the 100% juice/ no sugar added usually have around 25 grams of sugar.
I love juice too...I only have it once in a while now.
Don't know if you had a question about it, but that's my 2 cents :-)0 -
Juice will not fill you up like fruit will. As well, a glass of juice ( and if you are like me, you drink 8 oz) has a lot more calories. For example an apple has 70 calories a glass of apple juice has over 1000

If you have to have juice then try the Ocean Spray Diet varieties. They have only 5 cal per 8 oz serving. There are a few different ones to choose from. They are also great if you would like to mix a drink.0
