so i go over in sugar basically everyday. i almost double it. they only want me to have 25 grams, but thats almost whats in my greek yogurt i have for breakfast (17 grams). all the sugars im eating are natural (grapes, apples, pineapple, yogurt, etc) the only sugar i eat that might not be so great for me is in the special k protein bars (15 grams). so i guess my question is whether or not i should be concerned that im eating too much sugar, especially bad sugar. im still losing weight, i just hate seeing that red number at the end of the day.

    all sugars are natural.

Turn it off - remove sugar from your food report then it won't bug you.

MFP totals all sugars, not just added. Fruit is not added sugar, a candy bar is. If you need to be concerned with that number, diabetic, then watch it. If not, ignore it.
