Excersize for back pain

So, I am one of the many people who has a gym membership languishing in the recesses of my automatically deducted bills. I did use it for a while, I swear!
Anyway, I just got back from the chiropractor & I have a diagnosis of hyperlordosis / myofascitis / lumbar segmentmental dysfunction. Apparently these are easily (lulz) fixable with a good excersize routine-- he wouldn't tell me what though! Apparently I have to wait to see how I respond to e-stim & massage before he will make me a plan. Howevs, I am not really into paying $50 a visit for him to pop my back & hook me up to an e-stim, especially when I have my own unit & I won't get my plan until my fourth treatment.
So, please tell me what to do!
Special snowflake details: I also have super-weak wrists (yay carpel tunnel!), & orthostatic hypotension-- that machine where you lay with your legs kind of up on a plate & push against it? Anything like that & I will pass right out.
