I started My Fitness Pal in February at 238 lbs. Today I weighed 208!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 30 pounds gone in 3 months! :happy: I am so thrilled! I feel great! Hoping to be at goal weight by September!

Awesome!!!! Keep up the great work. I started on January 10th and find it hard to believe where I am today.....but as one poster said yesterday "you just have to keep on going". Best of luck, I am sure you will meet your goal and deadline.0
