Hi everyone!! My name is Heather and I am from KY. I am 25 years old and have four amazing kids I joined MFP so that I can learn how to be healthier. Since joining `6 days ago I have already lost 2 pounds. I weigh 180 pounds the most I have ever weighed. I am hoping to lose 50 pounds by the end of the year. It would be great if I could find some friends who are also trying to lose weight and get back in shape.
