2 cups crunchy peanut putter (I used smooth natural, but the recipe calls for extra crunchy Jif)
2/3 cup Dry nonfat milk powder
3/4 cup raisins (or other dried fruit, or chocolate chips if you really want to make it sweet)
1/3 cup unsalted shelled sunflower seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup honey
3 Tbsp wheat germ

Mix all ingredients together. It will be stiff and sticky. Turn it into a lightly oiled 8 in square baking dish. Spread evenly and chill. I cut it into 16 bars. Each serving is 287 calories (with natural pb and raisins), 20 carbs, 19 fats, 10 protein, 3 fiber, 133 sodium.

It's not quite "fudgey" but it's a good homemade protein bar.

sounds quite tasty, but i would be hesitant to call it a "good" protien bar, it has twice as many carbs as protien!
