Have you ever had one of these kinds of days???

I am having one of those days where I feel like I want to fastforward my life to when I am down all the weight I need to be and at the maintain mode. I know its not that easy. I have been working hard. I am sure I could work harder. In 4 months I have lost 23 lbs. And if I continue at this rate I will be down about 70ish pounds on my 1 year mark. I just want to be at th 1 year mark already.

Ugg... I hate these kinds of days.

What do you do when you have these days????

    Are you kidding? I have that thought just about every day now. I push harder, I remind myself that I didn't gain this weight in one week so I'm not going to lose it in one week and I think positive. :heart: Hang in there!

    I tell my good friend that all the time. And this is actually the FIRST day in 119 days that I have had this thought. So I am not sure why I am feeling this way.... Thanks a bunch!!!! :smile:

    AMEN, girl. I want it to be summer and to finally be at my goal weight already. UGH. I'm not tired of working hard, I'm just tired of WAITING. :[ Bleh. Oh well. IN TIME, baby!

    i remind myself..if i keep going how much thinner i'll be by this time next year! and if i stop....how sad i will be a year from now then i'm not thin.

  • Yes, I feel like that most of the time but on most days I'll notice little NSV's that make me smile and I tell myself I'll get there eventually.

    This and I check out motivational quotes and tell myself why I'm doing this in the first place.
  • YES! I just remind myself that if I stopped, I would be in worse condition and it would take even longer to get to where I want to be! UGH!

    All the time.... every day!!! I've only been on MFP for a little over a month so I had a laugh with my hubs yesterday saying I've been on MFP for 40 days today - so basically I've been hungry for 40 days! Haha...
    It's a hard funk to get out of, but also, my mom says "Never wish time away".... so I try think of that...
