When I stopped "obsessing" over calories *pic*

Okay so I have always been in decent shape, but lost being toned due to my challenging schedule when I became a single mom. I have always been a health nut, but somehow along the way went to "convenience" foods. So I joined MFP, and for the first time in my life started counting calories, well clothes didn't fit any different, and weight pretty much stayed the same. I decided instead of constantly counting to just pay attention to what I put in my mouth, eat foods in their true form, cut out as much sugar as possible, and increase my water. Anyway I am not only a lot happier, but suddenly the scale began to move, and I found my stomach again! Now to get it toned! All in all I guess this post was because I was super excited to put on my swimsuit. Also I see so many people confused on eating back calories, etc, and wanted to post what worked for me. I am no longer "chained" by counting, I just make good choices, and for me it's worked great!
