MFP will make it easy to lose weight!

Hi all,

I'm so glad I found this site. I've lost weight before by doing the same daily data tracking on excel. Now this will be a lot easier with fitnesspal software. My goal is to get to my ideal weight of 215 lbs. I have lost about 15 lbs before starting on this site a look forward to shedding more weight.

Some of the changes I've made so far to facilitate my weight loss :

Limit refined sugar as much as possible.
No fast food.
No milk ( I was drinking way too much )
Very little processed food.
Limit animal protein ( I Love butter, yogurt, and eggs too much to substitute them)
Eat tons of fruit and vegetables
Drink Mean Green Juice once a day
Exercise at least 60 min a day.
