What's you opinion? I have a sore throat, headache, and overall fatigue, but want to stay on track...

Listen to your body. Take a break.0

Just do something light- go for a walk or a bike ride.0

I find that it's way too easy to talk myself out of exercise due to stress or the slightest hint of fatigue.
Listen to your body and decide if you feel good enough or not, and maybe do something light, like take a walk outdoors if the weather is nice.
If you decide that rest is what you need, don't beat yourself up over it!0 -
Exercise with a simple cold is ok, but you should scale back. No exercise at all if you have a persistent cough or fever.

My son's cycling coach gave this as a rule of thumb:
Sick from the neck up, go ahead and train... Sick from the neck down, take a break.
In other words, if it's not in your chest, then it's okay to exercise... you may not want to, but it's okay.0 -
I hear you girl! Day 2 of sore/raspy throat, I can just feel the cold creeping up! Like the others said, listen to your body. If you can't workout without getting dizzy or light headed,it's time to rest. But sometimes it's good to sweat it out!! Especially if it's a cold.0

I'm in the same boat.
Still got some exercise in today though. (I usually do every other day)
But I only did about 75% as much as usual.0 -
Do what you feel you can and don't worry about the rest!
If you're truly sick, take the time off and focus on getting better. If it's just enough to be annoying, go ahead and exercise.0
