What do you do when you're not hungry but...

....you would net about 800cals below your BMR?

I was hungry earlier in the day and ate all my breakfast and post workout snack but I'm tired this evening and really don't fancy my 250 calorie meal and some of the snacks I'd plannned. I just don't feel one bit hungry. I don't normally have a problem eating above 2000cals as I love my food. Maybe it's a subconscious mental thing today - a few years ago a molar broke leaving just the outside edge. I had the gap filled and today the filling and a bit more of the tooth edge came away while I was eating a chewy protein bar (gone off them now!!) I've dreaded this happening, I knew it wouldn't last forever. I'm booked to see a dentist on Monday and although I know I'm being silly I am a bit tense about what they will do and I'm worried that I might get bacteria or food particles down in the gum (brushed my teeth in the middle of the day today, I usually brush just morning and night) so maybe that's why I don't feel hungry.

Would it be dreadful if I netted under just for today? I think I know the answer is 'of course not, just don't make a habit of it' but I just wanted to check. The last thing I want to do is undo anything I have achieved today when I sweated and groaned in the gym!

Stupidly anxious over the dentist appointment AND not the wanting to eat now LOL

i'd say bite the bullet (excuse the pun) and eat at least ballpark-close to what your goal requires.
